Requirements
1–2 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.
Ability to perform detailed site audits and create actionable SEO plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact, relevant search terms aligned with each client’s business goals.
On-Page SEO Optimization Optimize website structure, meta tags, headers, alt texts, URLs, and internal linking to improve search rankings and user experience.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
Content SEO Collaborate with content writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets for SEO performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track, measure, and report SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Technical SEO Perform regular audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, site speed issues, mobile usability, and other technical SEO factors.
SEO Campaign Planning Plan and execute monthly SEO campaigns tailored to each client’s industry, goals, and market trends.
Trend Monitoring Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging SEO tools, and evolving best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.
Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with web developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are baked into all deliverables.
