Requirements
1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print.
Deep understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand styles with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
Creative thinking, problem-solving, and a good sense of aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Eye-Catching Visuals Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, ads, branding, packaging, and print collaterals.
Translate Ideas into Design Convert briefs, concepts, and brand strategies into visual stories that resonate with the target audience
Multi-Brand Execution Design for a variety of brands, each with its own unique style, voice, and design language — from luxury to playful, minimal to bold.
Maintain Design Consistency Ensure visual coherence and brand consistency across all platforms and formats for every client.
Collaboration with Teams Work closely with content writers, strategists, and marketing managers to co-create campaign assets and brand collaterals.
Iterate & Improve Incorporate feedback, make necessary revisions, and deliver polished designs within deadlines.
Stay Updated on Trends Keep up with design trends, tools, and platform guidelines to ensure your work is fresh, relevant, and effective.
