We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. If you’re passionate about building relationships and closing deals, then you’re on the right track. You will drive revenue by identifying leads and converting them into clients.
Requirements
1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of creative/marketing services, digital platforms, and brand strategies.
Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and pitches.
Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calls, emails, and attending industry events.
Sales Strategy & Execution Plan and execute sales strategies that align with agency objectives and revenue goals.
Proposal & Pitch Development Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to prepare tailored pitch decks and proposals.
Follow-Ups & Negotiations Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close contracts while ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Achieve Sales Targets Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
Travel for Client Pitches Travel locally to meet leads, pitch agency services, and explore new business opportunities.
Invoice Generation Coordinate with the accounts team and generate invoices for confirmed deals and ongoing services.
Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM tools with lead status, client info, and deal progress.
Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
