We are looking for a Videographer to join our team. If you love capturing moments and creating impactful visuals, then you’re on the right track. You will shoot and produce high-quality video content for various projects.
Requirements
1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.
Proficiency in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and lighting setups.
Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and cinematic detail.
Working knowledge of basic video editing and post-production workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with trends in social media video content (reels, shorts, vertical format, etc.).
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Flexibility for travel, weekend shoots, and varied working hours as per shoot schedules.
A creative showreel or portfolio showcasing diverse videography work.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture Brand Stories Film compelling visuals that bring brand narratives, campaigns, behind-the-scenes, and real-time moments to life.
End-to-End Video Production Handle pre-production (storyboarding, shot planning), shooting, and support post-production (in collaboration with editors) for branded content, reels, ads, interviews, and documentaries.
Location & Studio Shoots Plan and execute both indoor and outdoor shoots with attention to lighting, composition, and creative framing.
Creative Conceptualization Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with each brand’s tone and audience.
High-Quality Visual Execution Operate and maintain professional video equipment, including cameras, gimbals, drones, lights, and audio gear.
Talent & Team Coordination Direct on-set talent and assist with shoot logistics including scheduling, permissions, and set prep.
Content Repurposing Capture footage that can be reused across multiple formats: full-length videos, reels, stories, GIFs, etc.
Adapt & Improvise Make quick decisions on set, troubleshoot technical issues, and creatively adapt to real-time shoot challenges.
